Ready to join Fit by Nature?

Please read the information below first.

Mary runs Fit by Nature sessions both directly through FBN AND through local town Parks and Recreation departments.

Registration and payment for sessions through Parks and Rec programs (Wallingford and Cheshire) must be done via the town websites- links below

If you are registering for a session run DIRECTLY by Mary, please fill out one of the registration forms below:

- If you are brand new to the program OR have never filled out online paperwork, please select the "New Participant" form

If you are a returning participant AND have already filled out online paperwork, please select "Returning Participant" form

- Please also complete the Hold Harmless and Cancellation Agreement forms before starting your session

*Payment for camps and sessions run by Mary can be made by cash, check, or via Venmo @Mary-Cole-116. For summer camp, a $100 deposit is required.
